Refund Policy

Second Act Recovery is operated by Donald W. Crowe, a sole proprietor.

I want you to feel safe trying the 90-Day Sobriety SurTHRIVEal Kit. If it isn't right for you, you can ask for your money back.

Full refund within 30 days

If you ask within 30 days of your original purchase date, you get a full refund.

This applies to everyone who has bought the kit, including people who bought before this policy was posted. The 30 days count from your original purchase date, not from the date this policy was posted. If I promised you something more generous when you bought, I'll honor that promise.

There are no conditions. It doesn't matter how many PDFs you have downloaded or lessons you have viewed. It doesn't matter whether you have already used either of the included recovery-support calls (the 15-minute Clarity Call and the 15-minute recovery progress call around day 35). Using a call does not prevent a refund.

Please include:

the name you used when you bought the course, and
the email address you used when you bought the course.

That helps me find your order quickly. You don't need to give a reason.

When you'll get your money back

I issue refunds within five business days of getting your request.

Your bank or card issuer may take more time to show the credit on your statement.

What happens after a refund

When the refund is issued:

your access to the course ends, and
any unused included calls (the 15-minute Clarity Call and the 15-minute recovery progress call around day 35) are canceled.
