Thank you for being here. These terms explain what you get when you use this website or buy the 90-Day Sobriety SurTHRIVEal Kit. I've tried to keep them short and plain. Please read them before you buy.
I'm Donald W. Crowe, MD, a retired emergency physician. I have been continuously sober for 28 years. I operate Second Act Recovery as a sole proprietor.
When these terms say "we," "us," or "I," they mean Donald W. Crowe, who operates Second Act Recovery. "You" means the person using the site or buying the course.

The 90-Day Sobriety SurTHRIVEal Kit is a self-guided 90-day online program. It includes:
Your purchase also includes two 15-minute phone calls with me: a Clarity Call and a recovery progress call around day 35. See Section 4.
The price is $249.99. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Nothing is shipped. After you buy, you'll get an email with your access link. You'll sign in with your email and create a password to open the course. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or write to [email protected].
We also offer a free CCBBAA Checklist & Pre-Recovery Blueprint. These terms apply to it too, where they fit a free download.
One person per purchase. Each purchase is for one person. Please don't share your login. Please don't resell or redistribute the course materials.
Lifetime access. Buyers of the 90-Day Sobriety SurTHRIVEal Kit have lifetime access to the course.
Updates. I may update, improve, or add to the course content over time.
If you get a refund. Your course access ends when the refund is issued. See Section 5.
Your purchase includes two 15-minute telephone calls with me. The first is the Clarity Call, which we use to fit your 90-day roadmap to your schedule. The second is a recovery progress call around day 35. You book a time for each call on my online calendar, and I call you.
These calls are only for verified buyers of the course. Your right to book the calls doesn't expire. You can book them whenever you're ready.
If you get a refund, any call you haven't used yet is canceled. If you have already used one or both calls, you can still get a refund.
Both calls are educational, like the rest of the course. They are not medical visits. See Section 7.
You can get a full refund if you ask within 30 days of your original purchase date. This applies to existing and future buyers. The 30 days are not restarted when this policy is posted. If you were promised something more generous when you bought, that promise will be honored.
There are no conditions based on PDFs downloaded or lessons viewed. Having already used either of your included calls does not prevent a refund.
To ask, email [email protected] with the name and email you used to buy. Refunds are issued within five business days of your request. Your bank or card issuer may take more time to post the credit.
When the refund is issued, your course access ends. Any unused included calls (the Clarity Call and the recovery progress call around day 35) are canceled.

If something is wrong with your charge, please email me first at [email protected]. Most problems can be fixed quickly that way.
Contacting me first is a request, not a requirement. You keep any rights you have with your card issuer or bank.

Changes will not reduce the access or refund rights already promised to existing buyers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
